Personal Care

At Shade’s Place Assisted Living we provide 24 hours supervision for you or your loved ones. Although residents have their own room or apartment that ensures their privacy they also have the option to socialize whenever they feel the need to. They enjoy one on one support at anytime of the day when they need assistance, from getting into the shower and getting their bath, getting dressed or moving from one part of the facility to another, there is always a staff ready to meet their every need.

Health (Medical Assistance) & Medication Assistance

Here at Shade’s Place Assisted Living, our workers are licensed Medication Technicians and can dispense medications when needed. We involve family members in the case of any emergency. In addition, we ensure that our patients receive the prescribed healthcare & welfare services which include the monitoring of medication, the application of medicine, and many more.

24hrs Access to Staff

Our patients have 24/7 access to trained and dedicated team, and are free; any time of the day to contact the management should they have any concern. We are available to address any concerns of theirs immediately.

Feeding / In House Dietician

At Shade’s Place Assisted Living, we provide adequate meals to our patients according to dietician recommendations while also ensuring that we consider the various meal preference of our residents. In addition, these meals are prepared in-house ensuring that the meals are delicious as well as tailored towards our patients’ needs.

Regular Exercise / Wellness Programs

We place priority on physical wellness so that our patients will be in their best shape and remain fit for mobility. Hence, at Shade’s Place Assisted Living, we ensure that our patients regularly receive some form of exercise.

Transportation

We understand that transportation for many indigent patients may be a hindrance to receiving proper medical care. Shade’s Place Assisted Living offers free transportation services for its patients thus ensuring that its clients regularly have their doctor’s visits and have the means to go for recreation and family visits.

Laundry Services

Shade’s Place Assisted Living offers laundry services to all of our patients at no extra cost. The patients laundry will be washed at the patients discretion. We make sure that our patients wear clean clothes as to promote thorough cleanliness at Shade’s Place.

Shade’s place health and human resources personnel are professionals in the relevant fields be it health care or administration. We regularly and as required by federal, state, and local laws and professional affiliations regulations regularly train our employees ensuring that our employees are up-to-date and conversant with modern health and geriatric nursing practices. This helps our dedicated staff create an environment and living experience that exceeds all expectations of our residents.
